  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

...but no, I've priced up DUS-ADL in First in January for €4603, and HAM-ADL in Business in Jan for €2997!
I've been trying from MUC to get the A380, but can't price it out. Also, the A380 doesn't fly to ADL iirc? So that's 12 hours of sitting next to a stranger

I think the OW RTW fare may work out better for me, actually.

The A380 only flies to MEL, SYD and (from October 1) BNE.

Munich is only served by the A380 - so any itinerary you price from there (and I had no trouble doing so) should put you on an A380.

I've just been quoted a DONE4 fare:

LHR-AUH-DMM // MCT-DXB-HKG-BOM-KUL // SIN-PER-MEL-AKL-MEL-LAS-DFW-LHR

£7300 in J. I thought that was pretty decent.

AA YYZ-GRU 2900$ Return All In on 77W+A319

Through DFW upgradable to F using Evips

found this today through AMEX canada website, I inventory bookable through March 2014,

Supposedly.. (is what the fare rules said) allow exchanges and fully refundable, no min dates, no max, no restrictions.

not very common fare to south america in AA.

issued 2 tickets no prob.

(fares not published in AA nor found in expert-flyer nor AMEX US site, just amex canada travel website)

AF has loaded the Canada to CDG sale fares that they have run quite often this year $4000-4700 depending on starting location, and AC and LH seem to have matched this time. (But not BA, which hasn't matched these AF sales much anymore)

The fare is also around $700 from Seattle on AA, UA, or DL.

If you want to do AA and can go (and possibly return) on or before 9/15, consider routing through San Diego for the MIA-SAN 3x mileage promo if you are after redeemable miles. (Don't forget to register).

For example SFO-LAX-SAN-MIA-MGA

Last edited by RustingInSeattle; Aug 28, 13 at 5:38 pm Reason: Add note that promotion is just for redeemable miles
