  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

Maybe you can claim a refund on the APD in this situation? Grasping at straws here.
The fare does allow stopovers along the way for EUR60, so if you put >24hrs in VIE you pay a reduced APD as it's based on flight length.

Or you could just start in Dublin and fly EY to BKK/KUL/SIN for about Ł1500...

GRU-NYC (DL Z-Fare U$897,80)

Hello!

For those based in South America, more specifically Sao Paulo, Delta is selling tickets from Sao Paulo to New York in business (Z fare) for U$897,80. Is cheaper than economy!!!

If there is a domestic segment, you may find for the same price flying first on the domestic segment and business on international.

Yesterday there was availability from September until May. Sample dates: 05-Feb-2014 and return 12-Feb-2014. I didn't book because I won't have vacation.

RT, but it looks like you have to originate in Brazil, and 1-way isn't 1/2 the price.

While researching this mistake RTW fare, I found oneworld DONE3 fares in the $2200-2500 range for itineraries starting in other tourist friendly destinations in the Middle East such as Sudan, Syria, etc. DONE4 and DONE5 also available for aprrox $300 and $800 more, respectively.

I'm no connoisseur of RTW fares, but these prices seemed very reasonable.

AONE3 starting in KRT from $5700 is a cracking deal. If you can bring yourself to start in KRT, that it.
