So he gave you the decoder ring?

In that case, which e-certificate is this and how do we all get one?

I think "lije" = "like". I do that all the time on my phone.
Thus "last week with e-cert it was about $212". Pretty good deal, now how do we get it?

Well, that clearly wouldn't help anybody here, not sure why the poster would even mention it then.

I think that they are talking about the $50 Hawaiian Airlines e-Certificate. A quick glance on Hawaiian has RT flights for $292. I just checked the Hawaiian website and it looks like the eCertificate is no longer valid so the poster who mentioned it said it more for a "should-a-could-a-would-a" rather than a current deal.

Correct. The $50 cert was for creating a new mileage account with Hawaiian. You could get the price down to $212 from SJC/OAK. Clearly not relevant now though, and HA doesn't earn EQM's with anyone else.
