UA: IAH-DCA (airport change) IAD-DXB-IAD-IAH $692ai. 16,536 miles at 4.2CPM. Looks like it's valid in April and May with a Sat night stay like the IST fare, perhaps someone can post the fare rules.

Appears to be valid April 1st thru first week of June. Great fare.

Now the question is figuring out exactly my ticket....I see LH via FRA for $30 more for 8hr stop but UA's mileage earning for partners is guessable at best :rolleyes: (It shows as UA K and shows full earning but 0% eqm...as a gold, 3k eqm and 5k rdm is not the smallest amount)

I'm trying to figure this one out.. Great possible memorial day trip.. Would i get EQM on LH Booking class K?

If it books into LH K then no EQM or RDM...but with the codeshare lottery you never know what it will book into. When on Matrix, all the LH fare classes shown are mileage earning, but all of those tickets are more expensive (and potentially but not necessarily in higher buckets) than UA's fare.

...changed my ticket today and fare is still there, but I did have to add a day because of reduced avail on some days.

No, nor are there dates in this promo. Fare that I'm seeing begins on april 1

ORD-DXB does have dates inside the promo period....

Now I just need to decide if I can sit in E+ for 14 hours :)

I think I'm in for ORD-IAH-IAD-DXB-IAD-IAH-ORD...many dates in FEB

Anyone see a better routing? Looks like you could route through LHR/FRA/BRU - but mileage isn't much different and of course credit varies by carrier.

K fares aren't even listed on UA for Lufthansa, Swiss, or Brussels air? I assume no earnings?

Correct. K Fares will not earn anything on LH, LX, or SN, among others.

Just booked a spring break ticket for my daughter, 3/6-3/17. $695 from ORD-DXB.
