Dates available starting turkey day till 2nd week of Dec. Some same day and one night stays available. You can even do a same day turn around on Thanksgiving day.

Did a same day turn on Dec 1. Gives me a few hours in the city. Nice day trip.

UA matched kinda; $240ish roundtrip, 4cpm

Just booked SFO-CLE-ATL-IAD-SFO over a weekend in early Dec. to visit the parents. $241, 5668 pqm, 4.25cpm, not bad for a flight I was going to take anyways.

I'm considering a SFO-ORD-ATL outbound routing on 12/8 and 12/9.

But the connection time at ORD is only 41 minutes

Is this do-able? Or is it crazy to try?

What happens if the connection is missed, they put you on later flight?

It's doable if the flight is on time or early. I have a 35 minute in OAK if it makes you feel better... If you miss it they'll put you on the later flight (if there are seats). When's the next flight? My 35 minute layover is the last of the night or I would've booked a later one...

Also, don't check bags!

I'm guessing you're on the SLC-OAK-LAX connection? I have one of those coming up...
