This is actually around quite a bit, and is a fantastic deal. This route has a gone as low as $165 or even less. Since WN doesn't go to COS, this is likely the same fare for the market of late.

I got six at an average of $160 each. If it were in the next few months, you could get on the Dreamliner SFO-IAH (which I have on two). And FWIW, this fare has been around for ages, I booked a few in April, and then May, June, July, August booked one each.
