A lot of you seem to be booking SEA-SFO-EWR-BDA. Appears SEA-IAH-EWR-BDA is also a valid routing. Seems to require a red-eye on the SEA-IAH right now but you do get about 30 more miles each way for it

To show cpm in ITA matrix shift-click on the Price button and choose sort by cpm. this works with certain browser types and versions (latest IE and Firefox for example)
I have not been able to get it to work on my iPad yet.

I put in the airport codes I knew would be valid routing's for BOS-SEA and SEA-BDA. For instance just now I did a search with IAH SEA SFO EWR for outbound advanced routing and EWR SFO SEA IAH and found for 10/27 - 10/29 $529 for 14958mi @ 3.5CPM. of course the connections stink more than the one i posted.
Access the following link before beginning your search http://matrix.itasoftware.com/?showPricePerMile=true. After this all future sessions will include CPM in the results. Sometimes my browser goes back to the non -CPM version and i go to the same link again.

Thanks pfbloom. I never new that. It was tedious to have to calculate cpm for every fare, which you couldn't do without knowing the miles, for which, you have to select the fare.

The only thing to look for is that ITA doesn't calculate 500 mile minimums, so if you have a fare with a leg where that applies, then you'll need to look up that leg, and bump the ITA mileage by 500-(mileage of leg), and redo the CPM total.

Wirelessly posted (Samsung Galaxy S: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.6; en-us; SGH-T959V Build/GINGERBREAD) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)
Right. But it does give an upper limit on cpm for that fare, if there is an under 500 milr leg. actual cpm will be lower than that indicated.
