(Ssshhh) UA/CO: NYC-SIN $1060 all-in (CPM $0.055)

All,

Throughout March...available for one or two night turnarounds.

19284 miles per itin (per ITA); giving a $0.055 per mile (not bad with 1k status brings it down to below 3 cents a mile.

I just picked up a weekend.

PS...just kidding about the ssshhh...spread the news...

Status can bring the RDM value as low as <3cpm, however EQM cpm's are still quite high, IMHO.

As always, YMMV.

But this is a good trip to eat away a big chunk of 1K status...the CPM is not that bad...I know ideally we want to see it below 4 cents...but not bad...

How much cheaper was it in the past?

SIN never seems to get as low as SGN does...

EWR-NRT-SIN is available for only a few more dollars $1100 ai and brings up the EQM's a bit to 20,120 roundtrip.

I did a 5 day turn in SIN last year and it is a nice way to bang out 1/5 of 1K in a weekend. Although SIN is somewhat expensive and unfortunately quick turns (~5 hours) aren't available, you must at least stay one day, 2 nights in SIN.

Whenever a CO/UA fare pops up on here, I always wait for BryanIAH to present the craziest possible option to maximize it. It's the most prudent thing to do.

What an awful timing... 1:30 AM arrival, 5:30 AM departure.

Also, HNL-GUM is on domestic 777 and one has to use miles+copay to upgrade.

There aren't many alternatives if you stick with UA/CO metal. The HKG flight arrives at 1:30 AM and the NRT flight arrives at 12:20 AM. The HKG flight departs at 5:30 AM and the NRT flight departs at 7:20 AM. I guess you could do something like this:

Or play with the NH stuff through HND:

Shouldn't it be possible to use a CR-1 on the 777? (If so, I have to wonder which other segments it might get inadvertently applied to.)

CR1 is NOT applicable for HNL-GUM & NRT-SIN, even on domestic 777

Well, I guess one can always have 30 hours of fun on the island hopper for some domestic 737 fun.
