I know PMUA abolished that practice, but I don't know what the verdict is after the merger.

Post-merger verdict is the frequent flyer unfriendly one: "direct" flights count mileage as if it were nonstop, unless you can convince an agent to split the segments.

Or book it as separate segments using the multi-city option (assuming you can get the multi-city option to actually work )

Sunwing: YYZ to LGW $200 ai one way; Europe to YYZ from $100 ai ow

Sunwing, a Canadaian charter carrier, has a sale on their beginning of the season flights to Europe.

YYZ to LGW: $200 CAD all in
Most days from June 13 to June 20
(the price is only available in this direction. The one way from LGW is more expensive)

LIS to YYZ: $95
June 21

OPO to YYZ: $105
June 19

FCO to YYZ: $145
June 23

BCN to YYZ: $150
June 24

And there are flights from LIS and OPO to YYZ in later June and early July for around $200.

These are all booked as one way tickets, so a round trip isn't necessary. And the final price isn't shown until the credit card entry page. The price in early pages is often incorrect.

The plan will be cramped and there are no miles to speak of, but it's cheap.

... it's cheap.

Thanks for the headsup.

If this becomes available in Sept-Oct, it will work well with an AAward RT ORD-YYZ.

Bhm-las $232 rt

Saw lots of 2-4 day trips with connections in ATL, MEM, or MSP from $232-$240ish. About 4400 miles max if calculated right is about 5.4 cpm

Nice, but there are some other departure dates/airports available?
I've tried FCO and AMS and the prices are around 450 $, do you know other low fare dates in July and August departing from LIS/OPO?
Thanks,
Alex

Not that I'm aware of.

It's only the first flight of the season from Barcelona and Rome and the first few flights of the season from Lisbon and Porto. After that the prices become quite high.

+1. Love the southeast deals, since they are few and far between. I saw dates in Sept from there, but now clicking through shows $380 RT. Any specific dates? War eagle.
