decent prices from SMF to KOA and OGG as well. $308 and up for April/May. seems to have some sort of min stay requirement though as cheapest prices have 3 and 4 night stays.

One-way AMS-DXB (either way) - € 135 on Transavia (HV) til end March 13. A great fare - no miles on HV though.

JFK - Beijing $757 RT. all incl. United in April/May
I can see this fare for stays of 4 days or longer on United. $757 round-trip all incl. Slightly more on Delta $786.

It seems that along with some cheap fares to Europe that have been posted here, it would be cheaper to fly US-Europe-US-Brazil-US-Europe-US than US-Brazil.
