Good Deal Premium Fares 2012
Happy 2012! This is the 2012 edition of the 'Good Deals Premium Fares' mega thread.
Each year, a new thread is created to make reference to the current year's deals easily readable, without clutter from last year's expired sales etc.

Book by 9 January, fly between 22 January and 30 June. ATH-SYD-ATH $2200 ai, very attractive.
Also seems to be a sale on all alliances ATH-JFK-ATH at the moment, $2400 ai on (eg) LX.

1/25-1/31 BOS-MSP-ATL-MGA-ATL-MSP-BOS, $899.10 ai. Books in A and I class. 13 cpm.
Similar fare can be had to GUA.

1/25-1/31 SFO-DFW-MIA-MGA-MIA-DFW-SFO, $899.90 ai. On AA get the DEQM for the entire trip and if a CA/TX resident the stackable DEQM for the SFO-DFW-SFO legs. If CA/TX resident, comes to 5.1 eqcpm, which is not bad for a first/business ticket. Total EQM is 17,356.
SFO-DFW-MIA-SJO-MIA-DFW-SFO on same dates is $952.43 ai and 5.5 eqcpm, total EQM is 17,768.
Both book in A and I class.
If you want to get more miles there is on the same dates: SFO-ORD-BOS-MIA-SJO-MIA-ORD-SFO. $1,021.43 ai. CA/TX get EQM of 22,188, which is 4.6 eqcpm. 4 of these and you are very close to EXP for $4k, all flights in business class or higher.
If you don't want to stay so many days, I tried a 1/8 - 1/11 booking the above and it was about $100 more.

Wow, with that kind of deal 2012 is starting quite well! Shame that I have already booked my spring holiday, otherwise I would have jumped on this deal.
