As a rule, you shouldn't call anybody, but honestly, I doubt that calling expedia does any more damage to a fare than talking about it in an open forum like this one, so I don't think it will matter much.
Just so I'm clear, this is MNL-YVR in C? o/w?
Not bad, if you can get the transpac on SQ. It sucks that MNL-HKG is on a OW carrier... maybe that can be worked out with TG or SQ instead?

While this may currently be the lowest C fare ex-MNL to North America, its not significantly cheaper than other carriers ex-Philippines to the west coast of Canada / USA, so I wouldn't panic too much in this case. The old NW and PR fares were much better, but I knew (and I'm certain several others did as well) full well that those would be gone shortly after the DL merger was finalized.

I recently booked said ticket by Colin, but I believe my fare rules state that I couldn't fly AA coded BA flights accross the pond.
What can I do? I would rather fly BA in F.
