Personally, I'd rather go FRA-ZRH-JFK-ZRH-FRA on LX A333 for EUR 1596 in booking class Z and take the extra 4k/5k miles and the flat bed seat. ^

Air Europa ORD-MAD ~$2k in business

I fare
Looks like it's good all year starting in April/May.
$1500 base + lots of taxes
$2k for peak summer travel isn't bad.

DL to NYC, then UX to MAD.

I was searching for information about LH:s a380 business-class and was stunned that they put like 10year old business-seats to their flagship which don't even recline to full flat position. What were they thinking?

Swiss for sure over LH:s business.

I think they were following AF's lead. The A380 product on AF is equally disappointing.

Back to topic: for Skyteam flyers, China Southern will fly you from HAN to SYD for $2239 roundtrip. Books into D class, so 50% COS bonus and 150% MQM on DL.

Have booked this fare (MNL-YVR) sucessfully online and was also able to change flights (same carrier) after booking
Of course kept the routing and the no stopover rule...

RE: TK J to KUL

RT books out to $2700 on expedia, but there is no provision for "KUL" on the TK website using the "fill-in" format. Anyone else notice this?
