Ua/lan/tam: Ewr-eze $633

Just booked ewr-eze for $633 on priceline. [Originally shows $703]
Dates 4/22-4/29.
Most on UA metal with exception of gru-eze flight which is on LAN or TAM.

Not the greatest MR, but the cheapest fare to EZE i've seen in ages. You can also get out of PHL for 653$.

Almost looks like a variation of things going on in another thread on FT...

the flight includes a TAM # on IAD-GRU, TAM is supposed to join *A by April, but it's important to make you you can credit this somewhere...
Also it seems to allow either a departure or arrival into another NYC area airport, but not both ways...

Don't forget to add the $131 that is due upon arrival at EZE!

Man. I'd forgotten all about that. I can't remember. Is that only for air travel? If I land in Uruquay can I just boat it in?

Yes you can. You can also fly to AEP (Aeroparque). http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/argen...2009-a-17.html

This is getting a bit OT but....

Flying to AEP was in response to this:
"If I land in Uruguay can I just boat it in?"

You have many options to fly to MVD. Why it has to be on a US based airline?
You can upgrade your trip and try LA or JJ

If you can avoid checking bags and don't mind taking the bus/train to PHL from DC for the outbound, the return is via Dulles so you can just get off at Dulles.

Just in case people wanted to go other times, the TAM portion of this fare work up until 12/21/10. $689 all-in during Argentine summer.

$131 Fee good for repeat visits

Not that it helps anyone who's not been there recently but I seem to recall that the $131 fee covers you for multiple entries on the same passport. Argentina is definitely worth going back to.
