I am visiting Columbus Ohio by the end of the month...
I have two kids 9 and 7 yrs old...

Where can I take them...

Thanks

Three pretty simple ones to start off:

COSI (Hands-on, Science and Industry museum)
Ohio Historical Center
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium

Of course, there still is main campus of The Ohio State University.

Have to second the suggestion for COSI - probably one of the neatest places around for kids of that age. Take a look here. It can easily take up half a day...just depends on what else you'd like to do while you're in town.

Check out this thread.

The zoo is excellent.

Drive to over to Dayton. Visit the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Yes, it's ~75 miles, but I'm serious. If your kids are into aircraft, they'll be talking about the place for years. An amazing collection of aircraft. Ever seen a B-52 inside a museum? That's just one of what must be hundreds of aircraft on display.

Take them to Wright-Patteson AFB for the day. If they like malls, Easton is a pretty cool place, although it's not your typical mall. I'm old, how do I know what 7 & 9 year olds like these days? :)
