walk between terminal 1 to 3
 

just wondering how long it will take from terminal 1 to 3? I have 55 mins between flights, is this long enough?

The walk really should not take any longer than 25 minutes from the C gates in Terminal 1 to Term 3. Just walk quickly and be careful to remain in the secure part of the terminal. The signs are fairly clear.

The only tricky part (IMHO) is finding where to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.

Agreed, you'll have plenty of time. At T1, head for gate B7, don't follow signs for T2/3/5, those take you out of security to the tram. Look across the hall between B7 and B6 and you'll see the hallway to T2.

Alternately if you are coming from the C gates, low numbers, you can take a tarmac shuttle to Terminal 2, then walk from there. The shuttle leaves from somewhere around C-13, I believe, and drops off in E. Then you'd come up the stairs, walk halfway down T2 and swing a right to get to T3.
This is probably only very slightly faster but it would be a little shorter walk if you were carrying a lot.
