That description hardly does justice to Gulliver's decor. It is possibly the strangest place (in a good way) I have ever eaten. The ceiling is covered with chandeliers. The walls, with various knick-knacks. The outdoor seating area has a number of fireplace fronts, sculptures, etc. I've been told that the owner is an eccentric who frequents estate sales. Buys tons of stuff and puts it up in the restaurant. It is truly one-of-a-kind. The menu is enormous and good.
