Oprah tickets

Hello:

My wife and I will be visiting Chicago for the first time in May. My wife wants to see the Oprah show. I have been calling to request tickets and the phone line is constantly busy am and pm.

Does anyone have experience or advice about obtaining Oprah tickets?
