Sorry, should have made that clear.... photo was just of Chicago (hadn't originally even noticed the landing strip) 🤣 as we were on our way in to ORD.

Generally left side on arrival, right side on departure is my experience for best views of Chicago (if there are any to be had based on take off direction and of course weather).

Left side on arrival into ORD is usually the best shot. Even flights from the west coast loop around that way a lot of the time. Also fun planespotting from Wrigley.
