The timing seems highly unlikely given that the boring company has exactly zero of these in use.

Regulatory approval could be tricky. Let's see - using battery powered cars built on the Tesla platform, the same ones that tend to burst into flames, in a small enclosed tunnel. What could possibly go wrong!!

That and just doing the project in a few years seems aggressive itself......in Chicago nonetheless.
