You are talking about a state that doesn't have a helmet law for motorcyclists. My parents owned a 63 Pontiac Convertible that as kids we enjoyed immensely. I don't remember any restrictions for convertibles other than maybe night driving. And for being mistaken as a FIB is moot too. Lake Geneva is full of them.
