Early Morning MDW Flight; CTA Safe?
 

In a few weeks I'll have a Saturday 540a departure from MDW. Figuring I ought to be there by 400a or so, I think my only public transit option is the N62 night bus that starts up at State & Kinzie. Do you think it is safe to ride in the 300a hour, or should I just Uber from home (near North Side)? TIA.

I can't really speak to the safety aspect, but it does look like it would be very slow. The timetable says it will take around an hour vs maybe less than 20 minutes from River North that time of night

Unless you are on a very tight budget, I'd take an Uber and get some more sleep.

Indeed, it looks like a very slow bus. I tend to try public transit first but in this case I think I will just order a car.

Uber would be best both for safety and timeliness.
