Missing taxi receipt
 

I have lost my receipt for taking a cab from O'Hare. Does anyone have a copy of a blank receipt for Chicago? I'm usually given a blank one to fill out for my expense report, but I forgot to get one this time.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you took American Taxi, I may have a blank receipt at home somewhere. My regular driver gave me a handful in case I need one. I'll check when I get home. Or did you just use the cab stand to into the city? Does it matter what it says on it?

OP hasn't been on FT since the original post, so probably a pretty good chance they aren't coming back.

In the event the OP does return, I hope they post what they did as I'm sure others have been in the same situation and could benefit from the answer.

Pretty simple - Google, "taxi receipt maker" and you'll find what you need!

You can use online tools to create another one!
