El Azteco was THE place to go when I was at State (many years ago), but recent reviews on Yelp are not very good. Haven't been there since I was in school, so would be curious to know if those comments are accurate.

Republic Wireless - $25 per month unlimited phone and data through the Sprint network.

I have been with republic for two years now and am very pleased. Although the sprint network isn't the greatest, its coverage is acceptable and the cost for Republic is more than reasonable.
