Chicago Groupon:3 day CTA Pass - $9
This Groupon will sellout before it ends, but you can buy 3 day CTA Passes for $9. CTA will send them to you. This is a good deal if you live here and very convenient if you are visiting and planning on taking the train or bus while here.

Mail them within the U.S. or to Canada also? That's the $9 question. Groupon's customer service is pretty good and it's only 9 bucks so think I'll take my chances.
