Parking at STL

Looking for suggestions on parking at STL-Lambert for an upcoming trip...

Has anyone parked at Super Park or the Parking Spot? Which lot? Timely shuttles?

I normally park at Park express since I get a discount [coz of my employer].
I think I have seen more shuttles for parking Spot.

Any current / updated recommendations for parking at STL? Looks like the T1 and T2 garages are filling up for Labor Day and I've got a few 6am departures on the schedule.
