3-4 hrs in MSP
 

Any suggestions to kill 3-4 hrs between flights at MSP? Any good restaurants?
I know the Mall isn't far away but I've been there and, well, it is just a big mall. Obviously I'm not the Mall/shopping type of person.

Depending on the time of day, you might want to take the light rail train into downtown Minneapolis. I estimate 20 minutes one way. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. However considering only 3 to 4 hours much of your time could be eaten up traveling.

Otherwise, Ike's is in the MSP terminal - I like their food and you don't have the stress of leaving property and reentering security.
