Tight connection in ORD to YEG -- will I make it?
 
I am flying into ORD from IAD this Wednesday, en route to YEG, on United/United Express. I have 40 minutes to make the connection and have no idea how easy or difficult it may be. Anyone know which terminal I am likely to arrive in and then fly back out of on this itinerary? Will I have to re-screen my carry on luggage at any point? I'm preparing myself for the worst, but I figure if I have as much info as possible ahead of time I'll be better off. Thank you!

Most United flights arrive/depart Terminal 1; however a considerable number of United Express flights arrive/depart Terminal 2. You will not have to leave security to connect between these terminals. Just check the departure monitors for your connecting flight's gate and follow the signs to that location. It's relatively easy.

Is 40 minutes enough time? Plenty of time, if your inbound flight is not late. If your inbound flight is delayed by 20+ minutes, you'll have a tough time, assuming your connecting flight is not also late.
