YX MM Database "Technical Difficulties"
 

When logging in, the MM balances showing under My Account, YTD Activity, and YTD One-Way Trips are all zero.

A recording at the MM Service Center states "We are experiencing technical difficulties with the Midwest Miles database," and offers an apology.

I know that some FTers think that MM will soon not be worth anything, but this is a bit drastic. ;)

Just checked mine and it is fine. Maybe they were updating the servers or something?

When I tried again late in the day, I also found everything to be functional.

When I tried to sign in to my account this morning, it took me to a mobile site "under development." The following message appears:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

MM again fully operational.

Interesting that they are working on their mobile site. Perhaps OLCI via mobile?

Probably more like a slimmed down site that loads faster on an iPhone or Blackberry.
Both NW and DL have them.
