Midwest now takes Paypal

Yup, Midwest also gives 500 bonus miles when you pay with PayPal. Northwest's is for PayPal use through 9/30. Midwest's is through 12/31.
Northwest was first with PayPal in early July, followed by Southwest, and then USAirways and Midwest in late August. I think it's just those four so far.
