Midwest Express

I am preparing to write a review of Midwest Express Airlines Frequent Flyer and need feedback about the program. Please give me your feedback about the pros and cons of Frequent Flyer.
Thank you.

Pros: Only 20,000 miles for a free ticket which is comparable in many ways to other airlines' first class. No Saturday night stay requirement. Award certificates can be easily transferred to other individuals. Decent array of hotel partners.

Con: Poor award seat availability. America West is the toughest, TWA #2, Midwest Express #3 in terms of difficulty of securing a coach award seat when you want one.

let's remember that their 20K award equals a 35/40K award on other airlines...if they went where I needed to go I'd be on 'em all the time.

I also think they have pretty good customer service--they sent me a $99 anywhere to keep your miles from expiring coupon--noticed that it had a wrong address plus there was a mileage discrepancy. The agent was patient and good at tracking down what the problem was.

Had a good trip to Phoenix last August!
