Doha during Eid al Fitr
 

Single female connecting through DOH on what will probably be the first day of Eid al Fitr. One of my flights changed and the only option is a long layover (about 20 hours). My first flight will arrive at 5:30 AM and the second departs at 1:30 AM on the following day. It's my first time at DOH so I would like to get some sense of the place. Seeking advice on what to expect and suggestions for reasonably priced hotels that will provide/arrange airport transportation and allow me to book a room from ca. 7 AM until 10 or 10:30 PM. I had hoped to visit at least one museum, but they will be closed on the first day of Eid al Fitr. AA Platinum Pro Connecting from QR Economy to AA PE so I should have some sort of Lounge Access before the second flight.
