Qatar Visa on arrival US Citizen

Hey I am transiting through Doha on J. Outbound I have just under 24 hrs and return we opted for a two day stay in Doha. Will have hotel rooms for both. My concern is that I have an Israeli stamp in my passport. Will I have trouble getting a Visa on arrival?

Thanks.

I doubt you will have problems, according to recent tripadvisor threads.

AFAIK Israelis are allowed to fly QR and transit DOH airside (though they need special permission to actually enter Qatar) which is more than can be said for other Arab countries/airlines.
