Super long layover hours in Abu Dhabi

Hello, so my flight into AUH arrives at 6:30am and my next flight won't leave until 10pm all in First class. Upon arrival, I'll be tired. Can I use the lounge to sleep a few hours then clear immigration to go see Abu Dhabi? Or can I stay at an airport hotel for a few hours and then clear immigration to see Abu Dhabi's mosque? Suggestions are appreciated.

Dont miss seeing the mosque. Its really quite amazing and one of the few that permit, and this one particularly welcomes non Muslims.

I will be in the same situation tomorrow; please advise whether you were able to go to the lounge and subsequently pass immigration to leave the airport.

Mosque, Abudhabi city tour, Lovre museum, Ferrari world, there are many options. Mosque and Ferrari are must-visit attractions in Abu Dhabi.
