Programs: UA 1K M, AA 2 MM PREM, AVIS First, HYATT Explorist, Marriott Lifetime Platinum., Hilton Gold.

Car Rentals in Kuwait

I will be off and on in Kuwait City in July/August time frame. Would you recommend renting a car in order to get around?

Definitely. The driving is not that bad, and depending on where you are or going, you may not have ready access to cabs.
