So if on a visit visa and want to get a work visa/residency permit, you don't have to leave and come back any more. Also if you leave you can immediately apply for a new visa, with no wait.

Agree.

But it doesn't affect visitors who just want to stay longer than 70 days (for VOA nationals). You will still need to do a visa run after 70 days. (30+30+10).

Yes absolutely,
now we can get our visa within a shortest period i.e. 72 Hrs a minimum of 3 working days.
