Beach holidays with infant in Dubai

First timer to ME: arriving end of July with family incl. infant and optd for 3 hotels due to Diamond resp. Gold status: -Conrad Dubai, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach or Crowne Plaza Festival City. Experienced heat wave last month in SE-Asia, we were then forced to the inside with A/C and hotel pool only after dawn.
How likely will it be similar in Dubai end of July with an infant who loves to swim? (As rate for Jumeirah Beach is significant higher then the rest and can use instead hotel pool) Shall we save extra buck and stay away from beach and choose "city hotels " with hotel pool instead?
Thanks for your advice!

Forget about the beach - it'll be very very hot, and the scorching sun will not be kind to your infant's skin. Hotel pool will only be OK if they have landscaped pool areas with lots of trees and other shade-providing structures.
This is what you can expect there all summer long:

Thx, bhomburg, for your feedback and link!

I guess then we'll save the extra $$$ for a beach resort and take advantage at dawn of a hotel pool...

It's indeed hot in July, but have actually gone to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and you just spend the time in the pool. There a fair amount of trees, the pools are chilled and there is a covered kids water play area.

Just make sure your infant is slathered in sunscreen. Don't forget most sunscreens require application 30 minutes or so before going out. Also, a huge risk is dehydration. Your child should be offered multiple bottles of water to prevent this. Don't forget s/he can't say I'm thirsty. I know people in Israel who have ended up in hospital with dehydrated infants. Please, don't do the same.
