Beirut tips for overnight layover
 

I've got a layover at BEY this evening (2230-0830) before my BA flight to London. Can anyone recommend a hotel where we can safely step out of the hotel to a nearby restaurant/bar and enjoy some of the famous Beirut nightlife, please?

Le Grey or Four Seasons would be your best choices. Otherwise, IC Phoenicia (you have Zaitouny Bay across and it's close to Four Seasons). Recommend Le Grey - it's in the downtown area and right across from "Uruguay Street". Enjoy :)

was there last month for 1 night for business. I stayed at the Four seasons which was only a 15m drive from the airport, very nice and had a great roof top bar which had a great atmosphere with a live singer and plenty of people around. Food and drink was very good too, was a Thursday night also. Try the mixed grill :D
