Dubai, a week on the beach ?
 
I have a business trip coming up, late August, and will be in Dubai for 7 nights.

As Mrs.Tezzer is coming with me, I'm looking ideally at somewhere near to the beach, so that she's entertained or at least distracted during the days that I'm at work.

Previously we've stayed at the IC Festival City, Hilton Dubai Creek, and The Park Hyatt.

Any recommendations without breaking the bank, as it is a business trip, and I don;t want to be seen to be extracting the urine from the company.

Royal Meridien or Westin Mina Seyahi. Are these within budget?

Within budget, yes, but as per the norm in the region, no SPG participation.

Will probably stick to Hilton or IHG.

I got upgraded at the Westin based on my SPG status.

Le Royal Meridien does participate in SPG.
Westin doesn't. I would choose Le Royal Meriden over the Hilton anytime.
