Actually, I did have a problem with Airport Fast Park last year - I waited in a long line to check out (the cashier was busy socializing with her co-workers) and ended up staying 2 days and 1 minute. I was charged for 3 days! I called the manager afterwards to complain, and he said he would send me a coupon for a free day, but never did and never took my calls afterwards. I reversed the charges to them courtesy of AmEx!

Besides, coming from DC, the two lots that are south of the airport (PreFlight and Econopark Express) are slightly shorter trips. Airport Fast Park is definitely closer for those coming from Baltimore.

(Incidentally, PreFlight has a frequent-parker points program as well. I just redeemed my free coupon this past weekend! :))

I've never had a problem with the drivers, but I do wish they ran the shuttle to the MARC station more often than they do. There are days when I see 5 - 10 shuttles to the same parking lot before one that goes to the MARC station finally appears.

I really wish they had implemented the light rail link to the train station... :(
