Yup. The Mid-Atlantic forum includes the following description....

Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York , Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia. See the sub-forums within for New York City, Washington, D.C./Baltimore.

If you're English, you'll feel right at home in Pennsylvania. Lots of places named after British locales...Lancaster, York, etc.
