Is Dunkin Donuts at IAD open?

I figured the United Forum would get the most attention for a quick reply, and a reply from those who know IAD. Are the Dunkin Donuts' at IAD (supposedly coming 2005 in both B and D peers) open?

I didn't see them when I flew out of B this week. I like their coffee though so I'd be happy to see them arrive.
