IAD layover lounge options

I'm flying into IAD (from DEN) for the first time tomorrow with my family of 4. We have a layover of ~2 hours on a United flight and do not have any united club passes. However, both the wife and I have PP via Chase/Amex Plat, but it looks like all the lounges are in the A/B Terminals. My question is, what's the best/quickest way to get to a lounge from concourse C (assuming that's where we land) and back to C gates again for our next flight? It looks like there is a bus and train system to move people between the terminals, is one better/quicker than the other? I'm trying to get my game plan down prior to landing so I don't waste time looking at maps/boards when were on the ground. TIA!

There is a thread in the United forum about IAD logistics which has tons of reading. However, if arriving and departing from C you will need to take the train to A and then walk to your lounge. Plan on ~20 mins to/from the lounge and gate unless you really walk fast.

Can't speak to guesting, etc. But as a UA *G, I often go to the TK lounge in B, departing from C/D, when I don't have any work to do. (TK is also a Priority Pass lounge). I allow for 15 minutes to get from B to C/D and it is not an issue.

The LH and AF/KL are also Priority Pass, but the hours are more limited, so I don't count on those. But if available, same rule for me - 15 minutes from A/B to C/D.
