Moon Buggies at BWI and airside shuttle?
 
This morning as my flight to CLT taxied from gate C5, I saw some IAD style moon buggies parked over near the 'international' terminal. Is BWI getting the IAD experience? Is there a new (or not new) airside shuttle?

It seems like they are maybe only very occasionally used?
