Relocation advice
Hello friends,
Looking for some relocation advice. We plan to move as a family from good old SIN to US - New Jersey to be precise (back, sort of) My company is moving us, so basic logistics is taken care of. Base location is likely to be Somerset/ Middlesex. Have a few questions, some of them glaringly obvious for any one relocating: 1. Good pre-schools? This would be for a 2 year old kid. SIN as many of you would know offers 'the best' for everything, at least on paper. While I would not expect the pre-school to come with all the bells and whistles, my basic expectation would be a good strong reputation backed by high teacher:student ratio, and personal attention to kids. 2. Neighborhoods - we will select neighborhoods by pre-school proximity. Any suggestions here pls. 3. Any other pointers will be very much appreciated. |
Which state?
I'm guessing that's New Jersey. Is that right?

You're not really asking a travel question, but a residency / quality-of-life question. I think you would have better luck here:
