PHL connection

Hello everyone, please respond to this post.
Is a two hour connection A-West to C doable with no TSA PreCheck or Global entry in 2hrs at PHL, or would I have to try my best to get a uniformed attendant to try and rush us through?
The flight details:
Us 735 MAN-PHL
2hrs PHL
PHL-TPA
08/18

If US is selling this connection as a single ticket, then presumably US has determined that it is "doable." But not every doable connection will be made, due to factors like delay of the incoming flight, delays at immigration and customs, etc.

If you should mis-connect on a single ticket, US will accommodate you on the next available PHL-TPA flight.

Are you traveling on a single ticket? Are you traveling with checked baggage?

Check the US MCT for international to domestic at PHL to see how tight the airline thinks this is. Is there a later US flight PHL-TPA that you could book instead on your ticket? Have you checked the next few flights to see what would probably happen if you were to miss the connection?

Single ticket, four checked bags. When I travelled last year with four hours connecting in PHL, two hours were CBP and TSA.
Will anyone uniformed be able to help? Last year I traveled and arrived 30mins early on the same flight.

Not sure what you mean by "uniformed." The airline will not send anyone to accompany you through immigration (unless you decide you need a wheelchair, which tends to get you off the plane last, but into the immigration queue first), nor can/will they do anything to get your checked baggage out any faster than it otherwise would appear. The previous posters on this thread have already given you the most relevant and useful advice. Check the times of later PHL-TPA flights, and switch to a later one if you feel the need to; otherwise hope for the best.

The speed at which you get through immigration all depends on how many other flights are landing around the same time (actual landing time, not scheduled landing time). Baggage claim at PHL tends to be very slow and this is likely to be the worst of your holdup--again, it is usually a function of the number of flights landing at the same time. Re-checking bags at PHL is very simple, and going back through security shouldn't be that bad either.
