as of 9am, est, the only flights affected at dca and iad are the flights to airports with problems. dca and iad are functioning as if a normal day.

on a typical normal day such as yesterday at dca, the arrivals from florida, ord, ny area, and a bunch of other places were late. my wife flying to hartford was over an hour late, waiting for the plane from florida.
