3 hours at BWI
 

I've got a long layover later this week. Arriving around 6pm on AA (concourse C) and leaving just after 9pm on WN (A/B). Any advice on how to kill the time?

It looks like there aren't any lounges available in those concourses, even for pay. Are there any worthwhile restaurants or bars in those concourses or landside? I'm guessing I don't have quite enough time to make a light rail ride into the city worthwhile?

Any suggestions for a comfortable spot to work on my laptop?

Between the concourses is an observation deck that few folks know is there. It's like a lounge, but it lacks the amenities (food, drinks, etc). I love going up there for long waits at BWI - it's quiet and relatively comfortable.

There are a couple of restaurants not too far from BWI that are known for their crabcakes/seafood. It may be tight, but you should be able to hop a cab over & back.

IMHO, the food/drink selections are better in A/B than C. It's been a few months, but I recall there being a Vino Volo & a Philips seafood in A/B.
