Best place to eat at IAD?

Connecting at IAD from BDL to EZE next Sunday, 4 hour layover during dinnertime. Given that airport food is notoriously heinous, I'm hoping there's a reasonable place for dinner...any suggestions at that terminal?

places to eat

Go to concourse B - far better choices than C or D.

5 Guys. They are in A and B terminals, go to the B terminal thought it's nicer.

Vino Volo.

Chipotle

Take the train to Terminal B, and it's right there on the right. ;) (and by right, I mean left).

As you may have gathered, all of the terminals/concourses with food options are available to you without having to exit security. Therefore, I'll move this to the Washington D.C. Forum so the non-UA travellers can add their advice (and, FWIW, please let me echo the advice to go to the new Concourse B).

I support this.

Depends on your taste, here are the choices for sit down dinners:

I used to go to Potbelly in terminal C by gate 2 myself. Nowadays I just pig out at LH SEN lounge. Can't argue with free foods. :)

Five Guys for me if I'm stuck at the bus terminal (A Gates).

At the C Gates, I tend to stock up shortbread for some bizarre reason;)

Should one have the time to leave the airport for a meal (not the OP's situation), the best place close to IAD is Thai Basil on Route 50 in Chantilly, just a bit west of Route 28.

Right across from the Admiral's Club. I've hit in twice over the last two months for lunch coming back from Rochester, and then popped into the Admiral's Club after to wait for my next flight.

China Wok in the B Concourse (not far from the B AeroTrain station). This is NOT steam-table food - every dish is prepared to order.

+1. I've had some decent meals at Gordon Biersch (warning: carrying the smell of those garlic fries onto the plane with you may be cruel to other passengers), Old Dominion Brewpub and Tidewater Landing, but Harry's is a considerable step up from those places.

Vino Volo is an excellent place to stop by if you're only thirsty--and willing to be a little spendy--but its location at the far end of the C concourse is going to be an issue much of the time.

I'm going to vote for Tap Room or Gordon Biersch.
