The power is out at Reagan National Airport outside Washington, D.C., bringing flights and security screening to a standstill.

Power was restored about 1:30 p.m. There are still residual delays.

Between the blizzard, water main break and this, it hasn't been a good couple of weeks for DCA.

Deleting duplicate. I was getting things timing out, so may be related to same power problems.
